Will my application stay confidential?
Yes. No one outside Coldwell Banker Best Properties will know about it, and the first meeting can take place outside the office or by video call.
Do I need to bring my own clients?
It helps, but it is not a requirement. Leads from our marketing are assigned to our agents, so you start with appointments already in your diary.
What kind of partnership do you offer?
We go through the type of partnership and the commission scheme together at the first meeting, with real numbers, and put it all in writing. No surprises later.
Would I only work in Perugia?
Perugia is your base, but you also work on listings in Gubbio and Cortona, together with colleagues from the other offices.
Can I apply from abroad?
Yes. Tell us where you are based now: the first meeting can be held by video call. To work as an agent in Italy you need to be registered (REA): we will explain the steps and support you through them.
